The Alliance of Jamaican Alumni Associations

AJAA, is an umbrella organization representing
past student associations affiliated with educational
institutions in Jamaica. The Alliance's mandate
is to provide guidance and financial assistance
to students from the Jamaican educational system
in integrating them into the Canadian education
system, and to provide support to the member Jamaican
Alumni Associations in Toronto.

Canadian Tamil Youth Development Centre Awards
of Excellence
The Canadian Tamil Youth Development Centre (CanTYD)
was founded by youth with the goal of empowering
and developing Tamil youth by holding fast to
the principles of advocacy, partnership, education,
assistance, research, and mentorship. CanTYD operates
as a non-profit organization that provides services
and programs for Tamil youth, parents and other
stakeholders throughout Toronto. The CanTYD awards
are open to students in grades 9 to OAC. For application
