On December 1st, 2025, Ameno Wellness Society was announced as one of 20 semi-finalists in the Producer Mental Wellbeing Initiative (PMWI), receiving the Challenge Prize from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. As a Stage 1 winner, Ameno is developing a Proof of Concept to bring forward a creative, data-driven approach that addresses the mental health challenges producers face in their daily lives.

Our solution aims to:

Goal: 🎯 Validate the concept and submit for Stage 3

3 Main Tasks:

  • Analyze Pilot Data: Aggregate feedback from the Nova Scotia test group (user engagement, stress reduction metrics, and qualitative testimonials).
  • MVP Iteration: Implement critical "must-have" fixes or features identified during the summer test to polish the prototype.
  • Submission: Compile the "Proof of Concept" report and the "Implementation Plan" for national scaling, and submit to Impact Canada.
