At Ameno® we believe in authentic cultural diversity. Countless protests for social justice across Canada & U.S have shown the world that people from marginalized groups face a range of challenges. Freedom fighters, people of colour, people with autism, gender identities and other groups have been historically overlooked, discriminated against, and disenfranchised by those in power. We want to do our part to change this, by fully committing to EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) in our products, projects, and as leaders in the community.
Belonging is the outcome we thrive for. Our goal is to amplify the voices of staff, clients and businesses from marginalized groups on topics related to their challenges, and to help guide our events & projects towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.
